Shandong Useen Casting Co., Ltd, founded in 2014,is located in the western part of Weifang City, adjacent to Qilu Petrochemical Corporation, specializing in production and R&D in casting. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a Chinese green foundry enterprise,an advanced private enterprise in Shandong Province, and a key cultivation and listed enterprise in Qingzhou City. It has more than 30 invention and utility model patents.
The company has a total of six business divisions including the casting department l, the casting department ll, the casting department lll, the machining department, the mold department, and the casting pig iron smelting department, as well as a technology research and development center, with a total asset 1.3 bllion yuan. It has an annual production capacity of 350,000 tons of pig iron and 170,000 tons of various castings.
It has formed a complete closed-loop industrial chain from the smelting of blast furnace pig iron, high-end precision casting production, deep processing, assembly to the production of high-end machine tools.

Now we are producing steel ingot mould and forklift counterweight, machining parts, brackeclamp body, reducer body.

The castings we produce are gray cast iron and ductile cast iron: gray iron grades: HT150, HT200, HT250, HT280, HT300; ductile iron grades: QT450-10, QT400-18, QT500-7, QT600-3, QT600-6, QT700 -10, QT800-5
3.What are your main production processes?
We currently mainly have resin sand, clay sand and V method process.
4.Do you have research and development capabilities?
We have a complete technical team and a variety of related software, and have a separate mold workshop, which can independently design and develop various molds.
